About the role

  • Own loyalty strategy across Grüns and our family of brands with a holistic, centralized approach
  • Design and launch a loyalty program that improves repeat rate, cross-sell, and LTV without cannibalizing email or SMS
  • Define how loyalty and subscription work together as a unified customer value proposition
  • Build and maintain a loyalty testing roadmap (earn rules, rewards, tiers, perks, exclusives)
  • Analyze loyalty member behavior and share insights with Retention, Brand, and CX teams
  • Own loyalty-specific promotions and member experiences
  • Establish clear rules and documentation for how loyalty is used across channels
  • Serve as the internal expert on loyalty strategy and performance

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience in retention, lifecycle, CRM, or loyalty roles
  • Launched or owned a loyalty program in DTC, CPG, or subscription businesses
  • Built differentiated loyalty, membership, or subscriber benefits that go beyond standard points and discounts
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, CX, Brand, and Ecomm
  • Familiar with loyalty platforms (e.g., LoyaltyLion, Yotpo, Smile.io)
  • Strong analytical mindset around repeat rate, cohorts, LTV, and incrementality
  • Values testing, documentation, and scalable processes.
