About the role
- Complete critical core packaging redesign project that is currently behind schedule
- Design and execute packaging for LTOs and brand partnerships with tight turnarounds
- Own and execute all retail graphic needs including displays, shippers, in-store signage, and other point-of-sale materials
- Manage ad-hoc design requests across the business as central resource for packaging and retail graphics
- Collaborate with Performance and Senior Design teams to ensure brand consistency
- Support additional design needs during peak periods and provide flexible coverage
- Work closely with retail partners to ensure all materials meet specifications and are delivered on time
Requirements
- 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience with specific focus on packaging and retail display design
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Figma
- Familiarity with 3D software (Blender, SketchUp, KeyShot) for mockups (strongly preferred)
- Strong creative instincts and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with retail partners and understanding print production requirements
- Can execute complex packaging structures and retail display specifications
- Portfolio demonstrating successful packaging and retail graphics projects
