About the role

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within assigned regional territories
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts in the passenger services industry
  • Implement cross-selling initiatives to maximize revenue from existing customers
  • Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to ensure the alignment of customer needs with product capabilities
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and new business development
  • Proactively identify and address customer concerns to prevent churn and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with enterprise-level customers
  • Provide regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience with quota-carrying SaaS sales or account management in a B2B software company
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, particularly within the passenger services or transportation industry
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and experience selling complex, integrated solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel within assigned territories as needed
