About the role

  • Take inventory of all existing data sources (HubSpot, Alchemer, LMS, spreadsheets, Google Drive).
  • Clean and organize existing data so it is accurate, consistent, and usable.
  • Establish clear data structures, naming conventions, and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs for data collection, storage, updates, and access.
  • Build simple, sustainable systems that match how staff actually work.
  • Design and manage reliable data collection processes across programs.
  • Ensure GPS is consistently collecting required data and meeting internal and external timelines.
  • Monitor data quality and address gaps or inconsistencies.
  • Manage data-related funder reporting requirements and deadlines.
  • Prepare accurate, organized reports and summaries for funders and partners.
  • Train staff on data tools, SOPs, and expectations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for data-related questions.

Requirements

  • Experience managing data operations in nonprofits, healthcare-adjacent organizations, public programs, or community-based settings.
  • Demonstrated experience cleaning up and organizing messy or fragmented data systems.
  • Experience developing SOPs and operational workflows.
  • Comfort working across CRMs, survey tools, spreadsheets, and learning platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear written communication skills, especially for non-technical and funder audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of data systems.
  • Experience with HubSpot and Alchemer strongly preferred.
