About the role

  • Facilitate engaging, high‑impact training in sales process, customer experience, and product knowledge.
  • Deliver the Audi Brand Experience course for new dealership employees.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through learner feedback, certification outcomes, and dealer performance indicators.
  • Develop training plans and schedules that align to dealer needs, market priorities, and Audi brand objectives.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of training and facilitation experience across classroom, virtual, and on‑the‑job formats.
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.).
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience (automotive retail, hospitality, customer care, or similar environments).
  • Solid understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design processes.
  • Strong time‑management, organization, and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Experience in instructional design or curriculum development (desired).
  • Master’s degree in Instructional Design or Education (desired).
  • Experience using eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline or Rise (desired).
  • Audi product knowledge and dealership process diagnostic experience (desired).
  • Budget management experience (desired).
