About the role
- Facilitate engaging, high‑impact training in sales process, customer experience, and product knowledge.
- Deliver the Audi Brand Experience course for new dealership employees.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through learner feedback, certification outcomes, and dealer performance indicators.
- Develop training plans and schedules that align to dealer needs, market priorities, and Audi brand objectives.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of training and facilitation experience across classroom, virtual, and on‑the‑job formats.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience (automotive retail, hospitality, customer care, or similar environments).
- Solid understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design processes.
- Strong time‑management, organization, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Experience in instructional design or curriculum development (desired).
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design or Education (desired).
- Experience using eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline or Rise (desired).
- Audi product knowledge and dealership process diagnostic experience (desired).
- Budget management experience (desired).
