  • Support the Global Collections Team with invoicing and payment tracking
  • Check project document center to ensure invoices are sent correctly
  • Track issues encountered to address recurring problems
  • Update notes in Oracle confirming invoice status
  • Handle first email communication re payment status to clients
  • Backup Cash admin position and assist with various projects

Requirements

  • Two or more years’ experience in administrative functions
  • Oracle Fusion experience a plus
  • Motivated
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency with Excel (intermediate)
  • Proficiency with Outlook, TEAMS/Sharepoint
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
