About the role
- Support the Global Collections Team with invoicing and payment tracking
- Check project document center to ensure invoices are sent correctly
- Track issues encountered to address recurring problems
- Update notes in Oracle confirming invoice status
- Handle first email communication re payment status to clients
- Backup Cash admin position and assist with various projects
Requirements
- Two or more years’ experience in administrative functions
- Oracle Fusion experience a plus
- Motivated
- Ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with Excel (intermediate)
- Proficiency with Outlook, TEAMS/Sharepoint
- Ability to work independently and as a team
