About the role

  • Translate raw English content—text, audio, and video—into multiple target languages with precision and cultural sensitivity.
  • Ensure the translated audio and text integrate smoothly back into eLearning modules.
  • Proofread, edit, and refine translated content for accuracy, grammar, tone, and style consistency.
  • Review final outputs to ensure high-quality learner experiences across languages.
  • Use translation and media tools such as MS Copilot, HeyGen, and Clipchamp to produce polished multilingual assets.
  • Work within authoring tools like Articulate Storyline 360 to support content integration.
  • Research industry-specific terminology and maintain glossaries and terminology databases.
  • Uphold linguistic consistency across modules and languages.
  • Partner with stakeholders, SMEs, and global teams to ensure accuracy, alignment, and timely delivery.
  • Incorporate feedback constructively and iterate quickly.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of relevant experience, ideally within the eLearning or L&D domain.
  • Proven experience creating or supporting eLearning content.
  • Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 360.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered translation and media tools.
  • Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning new tools.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a global environment.
  • Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality.
