About the role
- Grow a strong regional network with Chief Learning & Talent Executives.
- Build and manage a new business pipeline in partnership with the European Senior Director of Talent & Learning Solutions, sales teams, marketing, and regional operations.
- Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets.
- Lead business development initiatives to secure new clients and grow existing accounts.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across business units and regions.
- Execute sales strategies and support sales/marketing campaigns.
- Develop, write, and refine persuasive sales proposals.
- Deliver impactful client pitches and presentations.
- Translate client needs into effective, tailored learning solutions.
- Stay informed on market and competitor trends to guide decision‑making.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience.
- Minimum 3 years in business development.
- Direct experience in Talent & Learning Solutions and learning service delivery.
- Advanced communication, networking, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Fluency in English (additional European languages a plus).
- Willingness to travel across the EMEA region.
- A valid driver’s licence.
- (Desirable) Degree or professional qualification, experience with Managed Learning Services, and 5+ years in sales/business development.
