  • Partner closely with Sales Managers to clarify client outcomes, refine scope, and articulate a clear, differentiated value proposition.
  • Design and contextualize leadership and inclusion learning solutions across modalities: in‑person, virtual, digital, and blended.

  • Build modular, reusable assets that increase scalability and reduce rework across clients and programmes.
  • Integrate partner technologies into learning experiences and advise clients on their effective use.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate research, early drafting, and iterative refinement of learning materials.

  • Maintain delivery momentum, proactively surface risks, and collaborate with PMs and AMs to resolve issues quickly.
  • Design and facilitate Train‑the‑Trainer sessions to equip facilitators with the capability and confidence to deliver our programmes to a high standard.
  • Act as a leadership subject‑matter expert in senior‑stakeholder meetings and high‑stakes pitches, representing our methodology with clarity and credibility.
  • Continuously refine templates, workflows, and QA processes to drive efficiency and quality in a lean operating model.
  • Track and reduce cycle time and rework while protecting the integrity and impact of the learning experience.
