About the role

  • Lead portfolio marketing strategy, creating positioning, messaging, and value propositions across solutions, services, and products.
  • Drive marketing for GP AIQ+, our flagship AI-powered platform, translating technical capabilities into business outcomes that matter to enterprise buyers.
  • Build industry-specific content and thought leadership that establishes GP Strategies as a trusted partner.
  • Partner with Sales, RevOps, Operations, Innovation, and Technology to align on go-to-market strategy.
  • Create sales enablement tools including playbooks, battlecards, pitch decks, demo scripts, and decision-support frameworks.
  • Leverage market insights and customer feedback to refine messaging, positioning, and campaigns.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing portfolio marketing team.
  • Collaborate on ABM initiatives and integrated marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive strategic account engagement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B product or services marketing experience, ideally in professional services, L&D, or workforce solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience leading marketing teams and driving performance.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex offerings into clear, compelling messaging that influences enterprise buyers.
  • Experience launching products, developing go-to-market strategies, and creating sales enablement programs.
  • Strong strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, able to create messaging that drives impact.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered products, ABM, analyst relations, or vertical marketing is a plus.
  • MBA or advanced degree is a bonus.
