About the role
- Deliver and facilitate high-quality training solutions (classroom and virtual) that meet course and business objectives.
- Manage time effectively to plan, organize, and deliver learning programs on schedule.
- Provide leadership and support to participants, fostering engagement and knowledge retention.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory, procedural, and client system requirements to minimize risk.
- Support production needs during classes and initiatives as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience delivering classroom and virtual training.
- At least 1 year of experience training sales teams.
- At least 1 year of experience in training within the insurance sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Knowledge of videoconferencing tools and digital learning platforms.
