About the role
- Administer and manage enrollments, schedules, and records in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Coordinate instructors, facilities, and vendors to deliver smooth training events.
- Ensure classes are prepared including materials shipped, rooms set up, and participants ready.
- Maintain accurate learner data, attendance, and billing records.
- Generate reports to measure program success and identify improvement opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with a dispersed team via email, MS Teams, and WebEx.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and help solve challenges quick
Requirements
- LMS experience and a passion for accuracy - SABA LMS experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
