About the role
- Manage **pre‑during‑post event operations**, including scheduling, agenda development, speaker coordination, content preparation, survey setup, event management, attendance, recording, and post‑event editing and publishing.
- Support multi‑session and multi‑timezone events, ensuring smooth logistics, live support, and timely follow‑up.
- Oversee workflows, timelines, and deliverables for ongoing programs.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to drive planning cycles, aligning milestones across planning, build, execution, and reporting.
- Maintain intake processes, corporate calendars, and program visibility across SharePoint and team channels.
- Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including leaders, SMEs, content owners, and external contributors to secure participation, finalize agendas, and manage content needs.
- Coordinate speaker sync meetings, dry runs, speaker chats, and ongoing communication throughout project cycles.
- Support content development, review, editing, and posting for events, community calls, and training programs.
- Maintain SharePoint pages, ensuring content updates, structure, and quality control.
- Track attendance, capture post‑event metrics, support survey distribution, and deliver post‑event reports.
- Manage tracking/reporting for program progress, readiness initiatives, and stakeholder requirements.
- Draft, finalize, and send meeting invitations, reminders, call descriptions, and audience‑targeted messaging.
- Facilitate internal communications related to enablement programs, newsletters, and leadership updates.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of process documentation, best‑practice guides, and operational playbooks.
- Provide “as‑needed” support for ad‑hoc team activities, vendor coordination, logistics troubleshooting, and cross‑team collaboration.
Requirements
- Strong project and program management experience across multiple simultaneous initiatives
- Experience managing events, workshops, or large‑scale virtual programs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑coordination skills
- Skilled in timeline development, scheduling, and workflow orchestration
- Ability to manage content, documentation, and SharePoint environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneNote, etc.)
