Customer Success Manager

• Lead initial exploration of the platform to ensure potential customers fully grasp and can apply the GovSignals platform to their processes
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new customers, providing training and support on using the software for government capture, proposal writing, and compliance
• Act as the main point of contact for customers during the exploration phase and onboarding period, answering questions and troubleshooting issues
• Develop structured onboarding processes and materials to streamline customer education
• Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Assist in the development of instructional materials and workshops for users
• Leverage your understanding of government processes to help customers integrate GovSignals into their workflows
• Maintain a high level of customer engagement and identify opportunities for upsell during the onboarding and exploration process

• Present product demos with senior leadership of companies ranging from $10 million revenue companies to billion dollar revenue companies.
• We have a massive, constant flow of new business coming in from medium to large size enterprises. We need great closers, not solely cold callers or just friendly people.
• Identify and pursue prospects that would benefit from GovSignals’ AI-powered platform. Do this through targeted outreach & conference engagement.
• Work with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure customer feedback is translated into continued platform enhancements.
• Represent GovSignals at relevant GovCon conferences, webinars, and speaking engagements, showcasing the platform’s unique capabilities and establishing industry thought leadership.
