• Own pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed quota by closing six- and seven-figure enterprise SaaS deals.
• Build and manage pipeline through outbound prospecting, strategic account planning, referrals, events, and industry conferences.
• Lead consultative discovery, product demonstrations, business case development, and executive presentations.
• Demonstrate GovSignals using prospects' live solicitations to showcase immediate customer value.
• Navigate complex buying cycles involving multiple stakeholders and negotiate commercial agreements through close.
• Develop expertise in your market segment, including key contractors, competitive landscape, procurement trends, and government acquisition cycles.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership to improve customer outcomes and inform product strategy.

• Manage multiple concurrent searches while maintaining quality and candidate experience
• Build deep talent pipelines for critical roles

• Develop structured interview processes, scorecards, and evaluation criteria
• Build repeatable hiring playbooks
• Implement and optimize Ashby ATS workflows and recruiting metrics dashboards

• Work with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
• Advise on org design and hiring sequencing to support company goals
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability and compensation benchmarks

Product Marketing

• Build the AI-Powered GTM Engine. Stand up enrichment pipelines, LLM-driven personalization, and agentic outbound using tools like Clay, n8n, Zapier, Make, Apollo, Instantly/Smartlead, Lindy, Gumloop, and custom GPTs / LLM APIs — doing the work a much larger team would do manually.
• Run Growth Experiments. Scrappy, high-velocity tests on messaging, channels, and ICPs. Ship daily, measure weekly, kill what doesn’t work.
• Translate Technical AI into Compelling Narratives. Decks, demos, one-pagers, case studies, landing pages — written in plain English about hard problems.
• Design and Execute Campaigns End-to-End. Email sequences, paid/social, webinars, conference activations, and ABM plays focused on federal primes, Fortune 500 contractors, and government agencies.
• Own the Numbers. Define CAC, LTV, and funnel conversion. Build dashboards. Refine strategy based on data, not vibes.
• Partner Across the Company. Work with product, sales, and deployment so GTM programs align with our ICPs, sales workflows, and what we’re actually shipping.
