• Content strategy & editorial work: You plan, create and publish blog articles on social engagement, volunteering and societal issues.
• You actively contribute to developing content strategies that increase our organic reach and help design blog series, interviews and storytelling formats.
• SEO & analysis: You write texts based on SEO briefs and keyword research and continuously optimize them for our target audience.
• Using tools like SE Ranking or Google Search Console, you monitor performance, evaluate results and derive data-driven improvements.
• AI-assisted copywriting: You support content production using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) and apply prompting techniques effectively.
• You help develop workflows that combine creative storytelling and AI, test new tools and contribute to the continuous optimization of our content.
• Content management & maintenance: You maintain and optimize content in the WordPress CMS, select suitable imagery and ensure our blog posts are readable, well-structured and visually appealing.

• Content-Strategie & Redaktion: Du planst, erstellst und veröffentlichst Blogartikel rund um soziales Engagement, Ehrenamt und gesellschaftliche Themen. Du wirkst aktiv bei der Entwicklung von Content-Strategien mit, die unsere organische Reichweite steigern, und unterstützt bei der Konzeption von Blog-Serien, Interviews und Story-Formaten.
• SEO & Analyse: Du erstellst Texte basierend auf SEO-Briefings und Keyword-Recherchen und optimierst sie kontinuierlich für unsere Zielgruppe. Mit Tools wie SE Ranking oder Google Search Console überwachst Du die Performance, wertest Ergebnisse aus und leitest datenbasierte Verbesserungen ab.
• KI-gestützte Texterstellung: Du unterstützt die Content-Produktion mithilfe von KI-Tools (z. B. ChatGPT) und setzt Prompting-Techniken effektiv ein. Du hilfst, Workflows zu entwickeln, die kreatives Storytelling und KI kombinieren, testest neue Tools und trägst so zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung unserer Inhalte bei.
• Content-Management & Pflege: Du pflegst und optimierst Inhalte im WordPress-CMS, wählst passendes Bildmaterial aus und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Blogbeiträge lesbar, strukturiert und visuell ansprechend sind.
