Account Executive

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through the sale of bespoke training programmes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across public sector organisations.
• Identify client training requirements and recommend tailored learning solutions.
• Be fully conversant with a range of our products and be prepared to make a large number of pitches to secure business.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreements to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance and recommendations on the most suitable training programmes to meet their specific requirements.
• Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
