About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through the sale of bespoke training programmes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across public sector organisations.
- Identify client training requirements and recommend tailored learning solutions.
- Be fully conversant with a range of our products and be prepared to make a large number of pitches to secure business.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreements to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance and recommendations on the most suitable training programmes to meet their specific requirements.
- Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a B2B sales environment with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent and confident telephone sales manner.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and the public sector industry.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
