About the role
- Responsible for budget planning, financial management, and economic analysis
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and total rewards analysis across sectors and jurisdictions
- Analyze complex compensation data and prepare reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leaders
- Consult with external agencies and sector representatives to develop and implement compensation frameworks
- Monitor labour market trends, compensation best practices, and legislative changes
Requirements
- A university degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in compensation consulting, compensation analysis, or HR analytics
- Strong knowledge of compensation design, job evaluation/classification, and organizational design
- Knowledge of research methodology and survey design principles
- Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, charts, statistical functions)
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
