About the role
- Lead design, development, and delivery of training programs to meet operational needs
- Evaluate training effectiveness and mentor staff
- Support provincial and local forestry projects and wildfire response activities
- Design advanced training that strengthens safety and competence
Requirements
- A related degree plus 4 years related experience
- Equivalency: A related two-year diploma plus 6 years’ related experience
- Working knowledge in Adult Education
- Background in education is an asset
- Past wildfire and forestry experience is an asset
