About the role
- Develop and maintain branch training plans and frameworks
- Define and document training requirements for all roles and functions
- Develop, maintain, and deliver existing training material
- Implement reporting and evaluation activities for training
- Modernize and improve organizational knowledge management and succession planning
- Lead change management on project teams
- Provide business analysis services related to Recovery projects
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Education or related
- 2 years related experience or equivalent
- Experience with training development and delivery
- Experience developing corporate/organizational training plans
- Knowledge of change management principles and approaches
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with curriculum development (asset)
- Experience with training authoring tools (asset)
- Certification in change management (asset)
- Experience working with learning management systems (asset)
