About the role

  • Develop and maintain branch training plans and frameworks
  • Define and document training requirements for all roles and functions
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver existing training material
  • Implement reporting and evaluation activities for training
  • Modernize and improve organizational knowledge management and succession planning
  • Lead change management on project teams
  • Provide business analysis services related to Recovery projects

Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Education or related
  • 2 years related experience or equivalent
  • Experience with training development and delivery
  • Experience developing corporate/organizational training plans
  • Knowledge of change management principles and approaches
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with curriculum development (asset)
  • Experience with training authoring tools (asset)
  • Certification in change management (asset)
  • Experience working with learning management systems (asset)
