About the role

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver multiple projects simultaneously for initiation through completion
  • Lead project teams and coordinate internal and external resources
  • Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, reporting tools
  • Prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Collaborate with Executive Directors, Ministry leadership, and stakeholders
  • Monitor and control project scope throughout the lifecycle
  • Review and improve project delivery processes using Lean Six Sigma
  • Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements

  • University graduation in a related field plus 4 years progressively responsible related experience
  • Equivalent education and experience recognized
