About the role
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver multiple projects simultaneously for initiation through completion
- Lead project teams and coordinate internal and external resources
- Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, reporting tools
- Prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
- Collaborate with Executive Directors, Ministry leadership, and stakeholders
- Monitor and control project scope throughout the lifecycle
- Review and improve project delivery processes using Lean Six Sigma
- Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements
- University graduation in a related field plus 4 years progressively responsible related experience
- Equivalent education and experience recognized
