About the role
- Lead major project initiatives within a government IT setting using Agile and Scrum
- Engage in strategic planning and oversee delivery from conception to completion
- Guide project teams through integrations, deployments, testing and deployments
- Collaborate on gathering system requirements, developing project plans, and managing timelines
- Prepare documentation including project plans, status reports, and maintenance manuals
- Conduct regular project reviews and maintain proactive stakeholder communication
- Lead team in breaking product initiatives into implementable issues and oversee lifecycle
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years (or commensurate experience)
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in a technology-driven environment
- Strong leadership skills and experience with Agile Methodology and Scrum Processes
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
- Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the US
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance
