About the role

  • Oversee full lifecycle management of Microsoft 365 tenants, including configuration, governance, and service health monitoring.
  • Administer mail flow, hybrid configurations, retention policies, and advanced troubleshooting.
  • Manage site collections, permissions, content lifecycle, and migration initiatives.
  • Configure collaboration policies, voice features, compliance settings, and integration with other M365 services.
  • Implement DLP, retention, eDiscovery, Insider Risk, and compliance frameworks.
  • Develop scripts to automate provisioning, reporting, and configuration tasks.
  • Use admin center, message center, and analytics tools to ensure service reliability and performance.
  • Provide Tier 3 support for escalated issues across all M365 workloads.

Requirements

  • High School with 9+ years (or commensurate experience)
  • Microsoft 365 Administration at enterprise scale
  • Azure AD/Entra ID identity and access management
  • Exchange Online configuration and troubleshooting
  • Teams collaboration management
  • SharePoint Online architecture
  • Security & Compliance Center administration and eDiscovery experience
  • PowerShell scripting and automation
