Senior Go-To-Market Manager

Analyst

• Analyze credit applications, customer profiles, and financial data to assess risk
• Interpret credit scoring models, behavioral data, and alternative data sources to support credit decisions
• Assist in setting and refining credit policies and underwriting criteria
• Work with the business to develop and maintain NPV valuation (financial) models for the lending products, credit strategies, and portfolio performance
• Monitor performance metrics such as delinquency, default rates, and recovery
• Conduct cohort and segmentation analysis to identify trends and early warning indicators
• Support the development of risk dashboards and reporting tools
• Design, execute, and analyze lending campaigns aimed at driving credit usage, improving repayment behavior, or reducing risk

Senior Analyst – Credit Strategy, Analytics

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead assigned month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close workstreams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of outputs.
• Perform journal entries and review financial statements.
• Work and collaborate with other finance teams in the reporting and analysis of financial statements.
• Strengthen governance for assigned areas by setting standards for reconciliations, schedules, and timely clearing of reconciling items; escalate risks early and drive cross-team resolution.
• Work closely with the audit team to complete annual external audit and tax filings, including timely closure of audit queries for assigned reporting areas.
• Perform various research and financial analysis to assist in the identification of potential accounting issues, or as may be required by leadership.
• Maintain accurate and complete financial records, schedules and including ledgers, journals, invoices, receipts, and information related to bank transactions.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and lead process improvement efforts to increase accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in financial reporting.
• Participating in ad hoc projects and performing other related duties as assigned.
