About the role
- Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the GoTo mobile app.
- Lead a continuous discovery process by synthesizing customer feedback, usage data, and competitive analysis.
- Actively incorporate AI tools into your day-to-day work as a Product Manager.
- Ensure cross-functional delivery from concept through launch, aligning teams around clear requirements and measurable outcomes.
- Serve as the mobile subject-matter expert within the organization.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, with direct ownership of iOS and Android mobile products.
- A strong point of view on mobile-first UX, platform conventions, and design focused on speed and simplicity.
- Proven experience using AI in the PM role — applying AI tools to discovery, synthesis, prototyping, and stakeholder communication.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and achieve results through influence rather than formal authority.
- Data-oriented mindset, with experience defining success metrics, evaluating trade-offs, and prioritizing; familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Databricks, or Tableau.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting persuasively to senior stakeholders.
