About the role

  • Collaborate with cross functional partners including but not limited to product, design, research, and engineering to ensure solutions are user-centered and aligned with product requirements
  • Analyze and synthesize data from usability tests and research to inform design decisions
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished design assets that apply your understanding of user problems, product vision, and technology capabilities
  • Participate in design reviews, critiques, and workshops
  • Document and communicate design intent and rationale

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant UX/Product Design experience, preferably in agile or cross-functional teams
  • A portfolio demonstrating your process, and examples of shipped digital products (including user task flows, wireframes, hi-fi mockups, and other design deliverables)
  • Understanding of core UX principles, accessibility, and usability fundamentals
  • Comfort in presenting your work and iterating based on feedback
