• Translate business goals and market context into social-first strategies that drive measurable outcomes
• Work closely with the data and insights team to turn category, audience and platform intelligence into strategic decisions
• Work alongside Client Leads to gather essential client input, test assumptions, and consolidate them into one unified plan for content, community, commerce teams to execute
• Create strategic frameworks and briefs that make activation smarter and execution clearer
• Build campaign concepts designed to scale into 360 activations when relevant.
• Define KPIs, measurement plans and attribution logic that prove brand and business impact
