Gorilla Mind

Account Executive

• Responsible for maximizing sales, distribution and displays of Gorilla Mind products from a regional level by increasing brand awareness through distribution and partnerships (primarily Convenience, Grocery & Independent business).
• Perform weekly account sales calls as designated to enable the building/maintaining of key retail and distributor relationships, as well secure new distribution/display placements.
• Take steps to improve the conditions and merchandising of Gorilla Mind products in various accounts by building displays, resetting coolers, and placement of point-of-sale items to increase visibility of the brand.
• Achieve specified rolling 30-day sales goals set by the National Sr. Director of Distribution measured by KPI’s.
• Take the lead role in driving sales velocity in stores within assigned regions through awareness and in-store tactics.
• Partner with multiple distributors within the region(s) to drive volume, distribution and display execution.
• Deliver weekly sales recaps showcasing progress vs KPI’s (new placements, display execution and/or other sales-driving activities).
• As assigned, execute event activations such as tastings/samplings and grass-roots events to generate brand awareness - report on the outcomes from these activities.
• Attend distributor monthly meetings to share business results and set objectives for the upcoming month / drive period.
• Track progress and execution in all identified accounts and against specific programming goals in collaboration with the Corporate Team and its distributor/retail partners.
• Foster productive relationships with local retail accounts to drive incremental POD placement while collaborating internally with the Gorilla Mind team.
• Regular travel in the market to service retailers and distributors; occasional travel for meetings and trainings, including training distributor sales reps and/or retail partners on our products to educate them on our brand, products.
• There may be periodic requirements to work weekends and/or holidays to support the needs of the business in the market.

Field Sales Representative

• Maximize sales, distribution, and in-store execution of Gorilla Mind products within the region, primarily across Convenience, Grocery, and Independent channels.
• Conduct regular account visits to build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors, while identifying new opportunities for distribution and display placement.
• Improve in-store merchandising by building displays, resetting coolers, and placing point-of-sale materials to enhance brand visibility.
• Achieve rolling 30-day sales targets set by the Sales Director, measured against defined KPIs.
• Drive in-store sales velocity through strategic execution and brand awareness initiatives.
• Partner with regional distributors to increase volume, distribution, and display execution.
• Provide weekly sales recaps highlighting progress against KPIs, including new placements and merchandising efforts.
• Execute brand activations such as tastings, samplings, and grassroots events; report on performance and outcomes.
• Participate in monthly meetings with retailer field managers to support in-store execution of promotions and displays.
• Attend distributor meetings to review performance, align on objectives, and drive upcoming sales initiatives.
• Track execution and performance across all accounts in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local buyers to support incremental programming and placement opportunities.
• Travel regularly within the assigned market to support retailers and distributors; occasional travel required for meetings and trainings.
• Train distributor sales teams and retail partners on Gorilla Mind products and brand positioning.
• Support forecasting and inventory planning in coordination with Supply Chain to align with promotions and market activity.
• Occasionally work weekends and holidays based on business needs.
