About the role
- Own and grow a portfolio of technology, mid-market and enterprise-level agency and tech partnerships, focusing on revenue accountability and long-term strategic alignment.
- Lead monthly cadence calls with top partners to review pipeline, co-selling opportunities, and ongoing initiatives.
- Coordinate joint sales cycles, working closely with Gorgias AEs, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success Managers to deliver a seamless merchant experience.
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, actively managing opportunity follow-up and reporting.
- Support the transformation of referral partners into Gorgias-certified service partners via the Partner Academy and enablement tracks.
- Implement and optimize a revenue-under-management model for key agencies.
- Represent Gorgias at industry conferences and travel regularly (~25%) - be ‘the face’ of Gorgias in APAC.
- Proactively communicate progress, successes and risks, surfacing blockers early and driving alignment with cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years of partnerships experience, ideally with a background in enterprise partnerships, enterprise sales, or strategic account management.
- Have a strong network in the APAC e-commerce community, bonus points if you’re a big name in the Shopify ecosystem.
- Manage your own day-to-day schedule and working hours to do your best work, while benefiting from continuous support and coaching from your manager.
- Experience working with or selling into large companies or navigating complex, multi-stakeholder agency relationships.
- A revenue-driven mindset, comfortable tracking pipeline, forecasting, and contributing to sales outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external executives.
- Organized and self-sufficient in managing a multi-partner portfolio and coordinating across cross-functional teams.
- Nice to have: Experience in the Shopify ecosystem, working with eCommerce platforms or merchants, or having technical acumen to speak fluently about the Gorgias ecosystem and integration model.
