2+ years of general liability litigation experience
Solid knowledge of applicable law, including counseling and litigation
Excellent academic background
Proven skills in writing, analysis, and research
Self-starter able to handle a case from inception with minimal supervision
Commitment to superior client service
Trial experience preferred but not required
Licensed in at least one of the following jurisdictions: New York, additional admissions in Connecticut or New Jersey are a plus
