Program Manager

• Lead cross-functional and technical delivery of all company-wide hardware and software product development initiatives from early concepts to product launch.
• Develop and lead a team of program managers to ensure on-time delivery of large-scale projects.
• Perform cost estimates, budget control, and critical path scheduling.
• Identify and provide potential resolutions to problems, project changes, and resource constraints, escalating to senior management as necessary.
• Partner with all stakeholders to ensure seamless cross-functional execution.
• Drive internal and external process improvements across the team.
• Influence peers and managers to build consensus while dealing with ambiguity.
• Partner with the COO to develop a cohesive partnership strategy related to JDM partners, development partners, and manufacturing suppliers.
• Develop an end-to-end cost optimization strategy for supply sourcing.
• Ensure alignment with all members of the product development process, including operations, product development, program management, and engineering.
• Communicate planning, project status, issues, and risks to executive teams and lead weekly Product Development Council to maintain clear visibility into product development efforts, test evaluation processes, and roadmap delivery timelines.
