About the role

  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities
  • Generate qualified leads through outbound outreach, inbound inquiries, referrals, and networking
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with company growth goals
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls, meetings, and presentations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Understand client needs and propose appropriate products or services
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact throughout the sales process
  • Ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding or account management teams
  • Support proposal development, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations
  • Accurately track leads, activities, and opportunities in CRM systems
  • Monitor conversion rates and sales performance metrics
  • Meet or exceed individual and team targets
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
  • Provide insights to leadership to help refine sales strategies and offerings
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on campaigns and initiatives

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills
  • Comfortable working toward performance targets and KPIs
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, email tools, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales (industry-specific experience a plus)
  • Experience working in a fast-growing or target-driven environment
