About the role

  • You will collaborate with your co-workers to analyze and resolve their issues, from significant system crashes to simple user errors.
  • You will collaborate with fellow engineers to identify and resolve bugs discovered by coworkers.
  • You will liaise daily between our Engineering Department and the rest of the organization.
  • You will investigate and resolve data-related issues leveraging SQL/PostgreSQL.
  • You will coordinate across the organization to drive the resolution of large-scale outages.
  • You will assist in maintaining and prioritizing our work queue and backlog both in tickets and project management systems.

Requirements

  • You have a working knowledge of SQL/PostgreSQL and relational databases.
  • You understand software development and troubleshooting processes.
  • You have established analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and can effectively communicate technical information to audiences of all backgrounds.
  • You are highly adaptable, can work on multiple tasks simultaneously, and consistently deliver quality results.
  • You have exceptional prioritization, organization, and time management skills.
  • You can remain cool, calm, and collected to provide excellent customer support during stressful situations.
