About the role
- Plan, activate, optimize, and manage programmatic and paid social media buys across DSPs and major social platforms
- Translate communication strategy and media objectives into detailed activation plans across formats
- Determine audience strategy, bidding approach, inventory selection, and budget allocation based on performance data and client priorities
- Leverage client and proprietary data to refine targeting, improve efficiency, and adjust investment allocations based on real time results
- Apply a disciplined testing framework to evaluate creative, audience segments, bidding strategies, placements, and emerging buying opportunities
- Collaborate with analytics and investment teams to ensure pacing accuracy, budget stewardship, and performance reporting integrity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience (3+ years) in digital media, programmatic advertising, or media buying
- Familiarity with programmatic platforms, DSPs, and advertising tools
- Strong analytical skills and ability to draw insights from data to optimize campaigns
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
