About the role
- Ensure customers derive maximum value from the platform, from onboarding through adoption and retention
- Lead project launches, coordinate integrations, and build trusted relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your client portfolio
- Identify upsell opportunities and support the sales team in expanding existing accounts
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer success, account management, or project management
- Strong experience in onboarding and customer development
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Fluent in English and fluent in at least two of the following languages: French, German, Polish
- Good knowledge of CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Intercom, or Zendesk
- Bonus: technical understanding of ERP / API / EDI integrations
