• Administration and operational maintenance of the Citrix environment for approximately 8,000 users
• Management and administration of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) resources in France for approximately 2,500 users
• Level 2 and 3 support for group users on Virtual Desktop environments
• Participation in an on-call rotation for handling critical incidents outside business hours
• Contribution to the design and evolution of information systems and operational support mechanisms
• Performance optimization and centralized management of system images
• Monitoring of environments using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics and Diagnostics
• Close collaboration with central and local IT teams to improve service quality and automation
• Writing and maintaining technical documentation related to VDI environments
