• Manage the daily workflow of the club's MSC team to ensure the club reaches monthly sales targets
• Achieve individual proportionate monthly and annual sales targets
• Create structure so the MSC team achieves daily minimum performance criteria
• Assist with delivering sales training for the MSC team
• Achieve monthly member retention and growth budgets
• Respond to enquiries by phone, email or in person within 24 hours
• Support the Club and Regional Manager in developing membership-growth initiatives
• Support the Club Manager in developing the MSC fortnightly roster
• Own the full member journey from joiners to leavers
• Maintain exceptional front desk operations and service standards
• Coach and mentor the team to achieve goals and foster a member-focused culture
