About the role
- End-to-end contract lifecycle: drafting, reviewing, and leading negotiations of complex commercial agreements, including master purchase agreements, specialized semiconductor supply/design-in agreements, EULAs and SaaS agreements.
- Legal excellence: maintaining and optimizing legal templates, documentation, and internal filing systems to ensure due diligence standards are met.
Requirements
- Fully qualified German lawyer (First and Second State Examinations) or U.S.-qualified attorney.
- Significant experience in commercial contract law, particularly in semiconductors, SaaS, or software licensing.
- Professional fluency in German and English is essential, as you will negotiate international cross-border agreements.
- Ability to explain complex legal concepts in a pragmatic and proactive manner.
