Patent Counsel – M/W/D

• End-to-end contract lifecycle: drafting, reviewing, and leading negotiations of complex commercial agreements, including master purchase agreements, specialized semiconductor supply/design-in agreements, EULAs and SaaS agreements.
• Legal excellence: maintaining and optimizing legal templates, documentation, and internal filing systems to ensure due diligence standards are met.
