About the role

  • Lead delivery of the domestic acquisition marketing strategy
  • Plan and execute integrated, high-impact campaigns
  • Own the domestic supply marketing roadmap
  • Take accountability for acquisition targets
  • Align internal teams and external partners
  • Oversee campaign reporting and insight generation
  • Introduce new ideas and market insights
  • Partner with agencies and in-house teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the energy supply industry
  • Strong background in acquisition marketing, particularly digital channels
  • Comfortable making quick, tactical decisions in an agile, fast-moving environment to improve performance
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once
  • Collaborative, with a talent for building strong relationships across teams and functions
  • Confident turning data into actionable insight, spotting trends, and making evidence-based decisions
