About the role
- Lead delivery of the domestic acquisition marketing strategy
- Plan and execute integrated, high-impact campaigns
- Own the domestic supply marketing roadmap
- Take accountability for acquisition targets
- Align internal teams and external partners
- Oversee campaign reporting and insight generation
- Introduce new ideas and market insights
- Partner with agencies and in-house teams
- Collaborate with CRM and lifecycle teams
- Build strong relationships with proposition teams
- Work closely with communications teams
- Manage budgets carefully
Requirements
- Proven experience in the energy supply industry
- Strong background in acquisition marketing, particularly digital channels
- Comfortable making quick, tactical decisions in an agile, fast-moving environment to improve performance
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once
- Collaborative, with a talent for building strong relationships across teams and functions
- Confident turning data into actionable insight, spotting trends, and making evidence-based decisions
