Account Executive

• Drive new business growth within a greenfield territory, managing prospects from lead generation to closing, while positioning yourself as a trusted, consultative advisor; build deep relationships with customers to understand their business goals and objectives.
• Develop tailored account plans for your assigned accounts that align with Gong's overall strategy, identifying key decision-makers, regional nuances, buying processes, current investments, and new revenue opportunities.
• Effectively communicate Gong's value proposition to potential customers, generating excitement and enthusiasm about our solutions.
• Continuously refine and optimize messaging to scale our outbound prospecting efforts driving the majority of new opportunities through self-sourced activities.
• Engage with senior executives to educate them on the evolving Revenue Intelligence industry, establishing Gong as the market leader in this emerging space.
• Collaborate with SDR, Sales, and Sales Engineering teams to craft account-based sales strategies that drive value across all go-to-market teams.
• This role is fully remote (Must be based in CST) but will require travel to customers (Up to 20%).

Enterprise Account Executive

Manager

• Hire, coach, and develop the best Enterprise CSM team in the industry. Your team’s success and achievements of targets is your top priority.
• Lead a team of 6-8 Enterprise CSMs in delivering exceptional customer value, focused primarily on creating successful customers
• Own your team's metrics and drive the plan to exceed them, specifically renewal / GDR success, account growth, license utilization, risk mitigation, and business value delivery
• Quarterly metrics and targets are tied directly to the achievement of gross dollar retention, upsell, and multi-year renewals.
• Partner with other CS leaders to build and refine processes, systems, and resources to make the teams and our customers successful
• Contribute to Gong’s environment and culture of “builders” versus “scalers” and come prepared to provide suggestions for process improvements and to help the team continue its evolution of what makes an excellent customer success organization
• Work closely with internal teams (Professional Services, Support, Sales, Product, etc.) to align priorities, collaborate on customer needs and opportunities, and deliver increasing value over time
