About the role: We’re looking for an experienced Director of Sales to lead, scale, and elevate our sales organization as we enter our next stage of growth. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll define our sales strategy, build and mentor a high-performing team, and partner with leadership to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Requirements
8+ years in B2B sales with at least 3+ years in a leadership role (preferably in retail, SaaS, marketplace, or startup environments).
Proven track record exceeding sales targets while leading high-growth teams.
Ability to build, mentor, and inspire sales teams of varying sizes.
Comfortable defining high-level strategy while rolling up your sleeves to close key deals.
Strong analytical skills and experience using CRM/sales tools (HubSpot preferred) to drive performance.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
Nice to have: Experience scaling sales teams across North America.
Nice to have: Familiarity with B2B marketplaces, supply chain, or construction/landscaping industries.
Nice to have: Exposure to sales enablement, revenue operations, or partnerships.
