About the role
- Support day-to-day operations in the ABA clinic
- Ensure a safe, organized, and efficient environment for staff, clients, and families
- Work closely with the Clinic Manager, Clinical Director, RBTs, BCBAs, and administrative teams
- Maintain high operational standards
- Ensure schedule accuracy
- Uphold all Golden Steps ABA policies
- Assist in clinic operations, staff support, client & family support, scheduling & attendance monitoring, compliance & documentation, safety & emergency readiness, and collaboration with the clinical team
- Model professionalism and communicate respectfully
Requirements
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, education, childcare, or ABA settings
- Current CPR/First Aid certification OR ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification OR willingness to obtain within 60–90 days (company supported)
- Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, child-centered environment
- Basic computer literacy and comfort learning new platforms
