About the role

  • Support day-to-day operations in the ABA clinic
  • Ensure a safe, organized, and efficient environment for staff, clients, and families
  • Work closely with the Clinic Manager, Clinical Director, RBTs, BCBAs, and administrative teams
  • Maintain high operational standards
  • Ensure schedule accuracy
  • Uphold all Golden Steps ABA policies
  • Assist in clinic operations, staff support, client & family support, scheduling & attendance monitoring, compliance & documentation, safety & emergency readiness, and collaboration with the clinical team
  • Model professionalism and communicate respectfully

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, education, childcare, or ABA settings
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification OR ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification OR willingness to obtain within 60–90 days (company supported)
  • Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, child-centered environment
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort learning new platforms
