About the role
- Oversee all clinical, strategic, and operational matters within the region.
- Work alongside and oversee BCBAs to ensure clinical quality, clinical integrity, and quality assurance metrics are maintained.
- Develop and maintain support plans related to each state job performance and metrics.
- Conduct weekly one on ones to review performance metrics and client files.
- Ensure high-quality ABA therapy being delivered and best outcomes being achieved.
- Participate in the development of and updating company-wide clinical systems aimed to monitor and improve clinical quality.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing for 5 years or more
- 3-5 years minimum experience managing performance of other BCBA level clinicians
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing, leading, and/or overseeing business operations
- Experience managing leaders.
- Experience overseeing and supporting multiple locations.
- Experience implementing and training in a variety of assessment tools, including both skills and adaptive assessments.
