Support the Influencer team in executing and managing a broad range of partnerships across multiple brands
Interact with our online community of partners via social media & email, providing feedback, product knowledge, social media success strategies, and customer service
Assist in the creation of educational resources, training, and social media content around the brand, products, discount links, and commission process
Conduct outreach to qualified potential social and customer partners, communicating the value, perks, and mission of the program leading to new sign-ups
Conduct competitive research of influencer and ambassador marketing programs to help develop program reach, engagement, and success
Track and share results of current influencer and ambassador marketing campaigns with a data-driven mindset
Learn how to build, scale, and manage high-impact partnerships programs and directly impact their trajectories
Requirements
Able to identify communication and growth opportunities
Advanced knowledge of social platforms (IG, TikTok, YouTube) and the influencer space
Passion for social media and influencers
Superior attention to detail
Written communication experience
Self-starter who is not afraid to be assertive and take initiative when applicable
Enrolled or completed accredited 4 year university
