About the role

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in HR or administration.
  • A commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and continuous improvement.
  • A growth mindset, with strong communication, responsibility, and relationship-building skills.
  • Previous mining experience is highly regarded.
  • Current C class Driver’s Licence (manual preferred).
