About the role
- Drive consistency and compliance in HR systems and processes
- Learn to coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies
- Support the delivery of employee and leader development, cultural programs and workshops
Requirements
- Current manual driver’s licence
- Completed your Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources, or similar by end 2026
- Vacation experience in a mining environment is ideal, but not essential
