About the role
- Deliver support and tactical people management interventions
- Interface with operational line leadership and teams to deliver HR support in relation to Talent Management, Employee Relations, Attendance Management, Talent Acquisition, Leadership and Change initiatives
- Engage with business to define and compile workforce planning schedules/labour requirements
- Refine and maintain workforce planning standards and norms
- Maintain regular workforce planning, strength/vacancy analysis and availability reports
- Advise and assist line leaders to develop and source appropriate employee development interventions
Requirements
- Grade 12 qualification or equivalent
- Tertiary qualified with a degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or related field
- Intermediate Computer skills (Microsoft Office suite)
- Human Resources Information Systems knowledge and experience
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience in a HR environment, preferably in the mining industry
- Medically fit for the position and environment
