About the role

  • Providing high quality, timely and efficient administration support to the Maintenance Department at Gruyere Gold Mine
  • Managing the flights and accommodation requirements
  • Management of onboarding across all Business Partners for shutdowns
  • Data entry and attention to detail on reports, system updates and schedules
  • Document and record keeping for the department

Requirements

  • Current manual driver’s licence
  • Experience in a mine-based office administrative role
  • Experience is using SAP and INX software is highly regarded
