About the role
- Providing high quality, timely and efficient administration support to the Maintenance Department at Gruyere Gold Mine
- Managing the flights and accommodation requirements
- Management of onboarding across all Business Partners for shutdowns
- Data entry and attention to detail on reports, system updates and schedules
- Document and record keeping for the department
Requirements
- Current manual driver’s licence
- Experience in a mine-based office administrative role
- Experience is using SAP and INX software is highly regarded
