About the role

  • Manage all facets of the underground material handling project
  • Ensure all activities comply with the Work Health and Safety (Mines) Act and Regulations
  • Oversee a twin decline development project and exploration programme
  • Prepare mining schedules to produce accurate forecasts and budgets
  • Manage Contractor performance to deliver key milestones safely
  • Oversee the installation and commissioning of the materials handling capital infrastructure

Requirements

  • Capability in project and contractor management
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Mining) or equivalent
  • WA First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency
  • A growth mindset, with strong communication, responsibility, and relationship-building skills.
