About the role
- Manage all facets of the underground material handling project
- Ensure all activities comply with the Work Health and Safety (Mines) Act and Regulations
- Oversee a twin decline development project and exploration programme
- Prepare mining schedules to produce accurate forecasts and budgets
- Manage Contractor performance to deliver key milestones safely
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of the materials handling capital infrastructure
Requirements
- Capability in project and contractor management
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Mining) or equivalent
- WA First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency
- A growth mindset, with strong communication, responsibility, and relationship-building skills.
